Revocation could happen any day now.

No, it couldn't. For reasons I don't understand, the SEC did not bring an administrative proceeding to revoke registration against CHIT. It only suspended trading.

I don't know why it doesn't get on with it. But sometimes when it plans further action, it holds off on serving an OIP.
