Thanks for the website for Phoenix Renewable. As a result of not having a response from Alitrade on does Phoenix have existing operations that ALLM tech can be “bolted on”?. I had to use the website as the source to answer the question. It was interesting to see what is on the site. I did not ge into the principles, would take too much space.

The website gives no indication of any existing facility in operation but states the following (abbreviated) bullet points…. Italics are mine….

• Locates and contracts with producers municipal was companies, wood/paper waste producers, etc. to secure source inputs. There is no information about any existing relationships (customers) to install the technology.
• Develop site design for each facility to ensure service volume, provide construction management and operational management………. There is no information about any prior experience or references by the company or its partners in this area.
• Establishes site-specific legal entity and arranges capital financing for the facility being developed. No references related to any prior funding experience in this area.
Strategic Vision….

We will establish 55 facilities over the next 15 years………….. OK, good goals, however no existing operatiosn to date.

This is all called “greenfield development” which means that the facility, (site) processing plant, logistics, commodity sales etc. has to be developed from the ground up. Site permitting, construction, and operations, if done correctly with established technology is at best a 2-year process, and that is optimistic. Phoenix does not have any customer to “bolt on” the ALLm technology that has been identified.

They might have some investors willing to put the license fee in a couple of weeks but the track record leaves room for doubt.
