I thought the news yesterday was very good and I want to buy more of PSTI. My concern is that PSTI will do the ATM or a R/S, neither one I like. I would prefer the ATM over A R/S, I would rather dilute than take away. Not saying either one will happen just thinking it might. Any thought or ideas on this
