The title said they started to talk. But pangilinans quote is only that they sent out feelers that they are ready to talk..... so no talking yet!!! Lol. Don't get over excited yet as I expect low low volume until real news comes out and real progress. We are just hyping ourselves up for nothing and then get disappointed when pxp is stuck at 15 and fecof at 3-4 cents.
All in due time but not this week, maybe not next week either. I imagine a framework contract gets signed first. A previous article said "we don't expect to make contact til next year" which had me scratching my head if this was a quote from last year or what??? The video with Ceytano is a good watch. He seems very confident and makes it sounds like the companies were already talking....... I do t know who or what to believe. Lots of poker hands, and poker faces. But the deal and asset are real. I think we're at 60% to 70% odds from signing a contract. But that's not 100%. Gamble responsibly. Do what I say. Not what I do. When Deal gets signed and it's not gamble bf anymore.
