You sound surprised . They infiltrated years ago. That's why I openly call them crooks and theives. Thankfully we have close to another 2 years before being diluted again . I hope before that time a contract would be signed and we can borrow against our equity or be bought out by pxp at a fair price or with pxp shares. Since I really do believe there's a small fortune in that field.

Hopefully the sec will find some conflicts of interests there and award us back our percentages...... how about give me back my 18% and do an honest attempt for a loan to keep us from diluting down to the 6.8% we are at now. Would be nice to see the stock triple on that news alone but I'm being overly wishful here.

I'll admit it's a bit risky getting the sec involved so early. I would have preferred later, but I'm hopeful something good may come of it by at least keeping the wolves at bay from trying those tricks again and without cause like they did.
