The law suit was announced a few weeks after AerSale said they were "in negotiations" to sell XTRA, and that they would select a bidder that they felt was a right fit for XTRA.

It's entirely possible any potential suitors withdrew from any discussions upon announcement of that lawsuit. It alleges some pretty shady practices on the part of XTRA management.
