Several indications point to it being over for Viva.

No 10K or 10Q filings, Viva Entertainment Group Finance not a valid listed subsidiary of Viva Entertainment Group Inc. per SEC rules, Ignition S-1 shares never declared effective by the SEC, "no appearance defendant" for the Supreme Trial, trying to wiggle out of the LG case via frivolous dismissal, countless lies in PR's which never came to fruition nor given an explanation why they never came to fruition, etc., etc., etc., the list goes on and on....

Am willing to back up all of the above with links if need be...
