You're not right about that. Pacer Monitor doesn't get their data directly from Pacer so delays are possible and we've seen them right here.

The point, which I've made many times, is that if an investor wants to be assured of having access to the most recent Court activity they should get a Pacer account. I'm not sure why there's so much resistance to that.
