Using the Malampaya comparison valuation model.

If we find just over 5tcf in sc72. Its roughly twice the size of Malampaya.

According to ongpins video remarks Malampaya is 200 billion net profits.

My estimates are a more conservative 150 billion lifetime by 2025. Roughly 24 year lifetime if I have it correct that Malampaya started producing in 2001.
$22 a share.....$$22.00 a share .
Ph and china deal gives ph 60%..... that's 180 billion net profit lifetime ( no P/E ratios)

The break down on costs , splits , etc is already priced into the Malampaya net profits as a whole. Maybe just taxes are the missing variable to be fair.

Fecofs 6.8% of forums 70% of sc 72 is just under 5%. So I'll be using 5% for sc72

Fecofs. 5% is 9billion lifetime net profits..... divided by 409 million shares is

. $$22.00 a share!!! ....net profits alone. No interest calculated but pre-taxed as well.no money reinvested is calculated. Ive used Malampaya figures and not considered upward prices of 100 dollar oil and inflation adding to the price of gas and oil.

The risk is that this deal doesn't get done which I doubt. Another risk is that we get bought out by someone, but if it's in pxp shares we still benefit in the rise. Orwe get cashand miss the ride. If this takes more than two years to get moving we can get another million shares diluted and have ownership drop to 5.6% of sc72 , which I'd still be a buyer of this stock.

I'm 45

Upside really beats out risk as long as you diversified this into your speculative high risk play then it's a great play. I'm more of a gambler and taking a bigger risk than that since I don't see opportunities like this often. I've already held on to it from .06 all the way down to .0012 so I am ready to stomach the risk again. But I'm looking at dollars now. Not fractions. Go fecof

I'm 45 now and might not be patient enough to wait 25 years to get that lifetime return when I turn 70. So I reserve the right to take my winnings early as most powerball winners do. My 4.3 million shares would equate to close to 90 million so hopefully I get a very generous lump sum amount. At least 5 years into it. All speculative!! But probable.
