I certainly did notice that footnote last night. I thought it might be some Lawyer just looking to build a caae when there really isn't one to begin with.
Or you could be right and they're just trying to manipulate the stock price.

I see it as a buying opportunity before the financials come out next week.

I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
