2Growth, I seen your post and decided to call the company as well since I have a large stake in the company and was looking to increase my position. I too have spoke with Mr. McLaren, I asked him about your conversation and he replied he did not say they were in a quiet period. He did say to you that the company could not give out information to you that would allow you to make a decision to buy, sell or hold. They cannot tell us when they will file it is illegal. Most of us should know this you would think. Secondly he reiterated on the quite period he stated that the company is not in a formal quite period however they are reluctant to put out news at this time that would impact the filings. If there is news or public information that is "DEEMED" material their filing will have to be amended. This will cause both another delay in the filings and cost the company more money with legal and accounting. He feels its best to keep quiet until they are filed to avoid this. He stated that they are on target with their business plan and will continue to inform their investors conservatively and communicate to the public only when necessary and appropriate.

He said he believes that a conservative communications policy is what best serves the corporation and its shareholders. Most of our shareholders support the conservative communications policy as it allows the company to focus more on our core businesses rather then getting into the business of press release writing.

He also told me if people are day-traders, short term investors, or just plain anxious and impatient and are looking for a company that puts out a news release every time the weather changes, then you might want to look elsewhere. Our primary method of communications will be our periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission and will be supplemented with public announcements when appropriate.

He sounds like the kind of guy I will invest in more. I am sure they are like this because they have something big. If they truly were a scam don’t you think they would be press releasing the hell out of us instead of keeping quiet?

One would think so…
