'sandbath' Ameritrade owned "Knight" (NITE) in stock form until TD joined Ameritrade becomeing TDAmeritrade . At that point as I understand it they sold out the knight stock they owned . it was somewhere in the 6% to 7 % area
Market orders offten went to NITE at that time .

This is just what I was told by others I have no link !
