I am just a guy who dabbles in stocks but I do recall that when the asbestos claims were litigated against Johns Manville they filed for bankruptcy and several years later came out of it and are currently owned by Bershire Hathaway. BH bought shares of JM for $13/share in 2000 after the 1981 bankruptcy. I know it's a different situation with Quantum but I have a feeling that eventually the QF Liquidation shares will revert back to Quantum Fuels when the bankruptcy is settled and the company is profitable. Just MHO which may be a long shot but it keeps me sane.
