Yep, to the naked eye. But things change. With a stroke of a pen. A drop of a paper. Pay a fee. Esp when IHSI's nearing the end of their lease (loosely translated) with Nevada SOS. Time to start anew in another state, like I have seen multiple times before.

I have a sneaky suspicion, we may see an uptick (at some point) to the QB. IHSI was there once before, upon my initial buy (first year-plus) as a stock holder.

They have much, much more going for them now...
