I read the appeals argument and U cannot win. The appeals court already said their last claims construction was only a minor modification that would not change the outcome of the district courts case which was that you lost. Then sure enough the District court granted defendants motion for summary judgement and you lost again. Now UR case is back in from of the same very unfriendly appeals court. They want this patent troll PTSC gone and will make sure you are gone. The defendants will file their brief in a month or 2 then there will be a response a few months later then many months later the appeals court will hear arguments. Then many months after that they will determine you have lost probably some time in mid 2019. If somehow they say you won the appeal the case goes back to the same totally hostile district court some time in 2020 and the judge will simply find another reason to sink you case. Then you can appeal that! By then PTSC will be bankrupt and simply a brown stain on the legal landscape. Give up sell UR shares folks it is over. Even the company does not support the case in PRs. In my opinion.
