Totally agree, someone either needed the money quick, lost faith in the company for absolutely no reason or is trying to encourage and scare others into selling here...feel its one of the above reasons myself. LIGA is solidly growing, regardless of what happens here with this pps, share price will eventually catch up, I have no doubts about that as I have no doubts LIGA isn't planning on just staying as an OTC stock!!! GO LIGA!!!
