accomplished the impossible. took a near PINK sheets business and ran it to NASDAQ and did a $25MM merger in a year, Chinese distribution, tons of retail distribution in America. they did great. got a little far bit over their skis but that's expected. their goal of driving "owned product" and distribution in key markets and then getting bought by one of the majors isn't over yet. almost certain that it's sold in another 9 months if they don't get what they want from the market.
