Personally, I would look towards BLOZF trying to find some private foundation funding and reaching out to science and tech companies for help in getting its tech out faster into use.
There is going to have to be some kind of massive public and business educational spots (and maybe even mandatory sign-off on new driver licenses and workplace seminars and hiring procedures) for MJ users?
If not . . . I might foresee massive legal use ticketing and fines, that will be very difficult to handle and cause huge problems? <---could be wrong on that . . . however humans are individually-centered firstly and will fool themselves into thinking its the other guy that is the problem!
Surely imagine and foresee quite different and confusing reactions for Rural verses Urban enforcement of MJ Laws?

One might ask . . . where is the evidence of Law Enforcement 'problems' in The States? Why no breakdown of Ticketing 'Taxing Revenues gained' as opposed to MJ user fees and business Tax Take-in amounts?

holders of The Warrants, etc. 'fill' their stock pricing w/o dramatic
increase in stock price? Me thinks news must be on the way . . . PR effect soon?

I also am not worried as to USA prospects for the Can MJ detecting tech, there will be plenty of 'business' for all and BLO can just step across=the=border via U of Florida connection and foster a plant or partner therein?
