On what rational, material basis would there be a break-out for MMEX?

The PPS is still struggling to reach its market-rationalized value somewhere below 0.001 - remember, MMEX is an insolvent shell corporation, with no business operations, millions in debt and losses, and it is solely a dilution manufacturing business.

There is no news of project financing, closure on the necessary $10-million in additional equity, or other material event.
