I've learned to never say never in the market, surprises always seem to jump up and bite. With that said, it would be a huge surprise if the vote was reversed and R/S approved at this time. That's why I'm holding all my shares waiting patiently for the next piece of the puzzle to lock into place. Seems like we'd be fine in time even with a R/S although might get sold off heavy in the short term. Risk/reward still looks promising!
