The 10K was meant to caution anyone thinking of investing in OWCP of the potential drawbacks and pitfalls in doing so. It's standard language used for all companies to help limit their liability. OWCP already has a market ready product. What you fail to understand is that OWCP will not be marketing anything they invent... they intend on licensing their products to others for that purpose. Technically that means they may never have a product of their own (unless they change their business model), but rest assured they are busy developing products for others to market and sell.
