I'm just getting back in town and trying to get caught up to see this. All I can say is... Wow!
Sad... maybe. I'm going to keep holding and see what will further materialize. They seem to be quiet for a reason. I'm hoping it's for a positive reason.
EFFI and its management seems to be taking actions as if they have some kind of a positive plan to move forward. If it's a reverse split, then the ratio appears to not be very big to totally destroy shareholders.
I am still in INTV that had done a small reverse split. The post split price was .05 per share and it later ran to $6.74 per share and currently sits at $1.25 per share. Not bad if you ask me, but I must admit that such is usually not the norm when a stock does a reverse split.
Still, we must see what the company will further announce. They seemed to have gone current for some positive reasons in my opinion. I'm going to take the risk to keep holding and ride it out... win or lose.
