Let me tell you, WarMachine, you picked a good one. This penny scam is fat and juicy. Lots of dirt on this one. Typical OTC scammy stuff, like how the CEO has heavily invested his own wealth into the company. And like how the company owns real assets, such as their twenty FDA-approved ANDA’s and their state of the art cGMP and DEA-registered manufacturing facility, which has recently passed several FDA inspections. This penny scam has never missed a quarterly SEC filing, is current on all loans and bonds, and all “Going concern” language has been removed by their auditors. This penny scam has shown real results from their R&D investments, including manufacturing commercial batches OxyContin, which passed pivotal bioequivalence and resulted in subsequent ANDA filing, as well as advancing their intellectual property with recent pilot study success for both antagonist and physiochemical ADF’s for oxyIR. This penny scam has also diversified their pipeline with the SunGen development agreement, and they recently filed an ANDA for a CNS stimulant, with more to come.
