Max is a much better spokesperson when it comes to obtaining crowd attention. He is good at speaking on behalf of the company. That's from Tims mouth. Tim is more of a get it done hands on work kind of guy. He is making sure things like the legal side is running smoothly and holding down ties with the press. Basically a type of manager for the company. And in this time, it is better to have your best spokesperson out front to grab the attention of the big league guys, while your manager keeps everything in line. I'm not saying Max isn't contributing to keeping things in line, because Max does have many connections that Tim does not. They still work side by side, but only a title differs them. Each Man has their own benefits.
