OTC QX???

Has it ever been established if PAIM intends to shoot for the OTC QX "PremierQX" or the OTC QX "PrimeQX?" I believe the PremierQX is the one that requires the $1.00 US and the PrimeQX doesn't state a monetary PPS requirement.

Just wondering...
