DPT said they already signed an agreement with a Delaware corporation. That proves that the target company is currently incorporated in Delaware. Even if IHSI redomiciles in Delaware after their listing expires, it would be illegal to sign a document BEFORE this event occurs. Not to mention, DarkPulse would have waited to publish the PR so as to not confuse potential investors.

IHSI Nevada registration expires tomorrow, if they renew in Nevada then we know it isn't IHSI. If they reincorporate to Delaware then we can be pretty certain it is.
