Please provide a link to MMEX's SEC filing specific to a "term sheet," and related addendum, or to an MMEX SEC filing specific to an off-take, supply contract, or any material definitive agreement other than those filed for MMEX's twelve floor-less convertible notes.

There do not seem to be any such filings available on sec.gov in the corporate filing database.

MMEX investors anxiously await your references.

It fascinates me that the same people who say the information is not true unless it's in a filing are calling the information in those filings false. Talk about circular logic.
