SVSA always traded higher and not .02 or .03.

The tradable float must be very low because last 10 years the yearly volume was always 1-3m volume and this is not the normal yearly volume in 25m float stocks.
Either the tradable float is lower or shares are in strong hands.

It was .10 last year, it had volume at .10 and then 1m shares were sold in one day probably without limit, this happened end of December 2017, possible a tax loss seller.

With this 1m shares in one day it went down to this level and since then did not recover.

But the reason is not lack of interest, the reason is it´s unknown, and there was no pr since it happened beside there are not many shares.

It´s not since a long time at this level! It doesn´t reflect what investors think or the true value because it went down because of ONE seller and not many shareholders!
