I'm convinced that the Limecomm transaction is expected to fail, by both the Limecomm "sellers", and by NXGH itself.

Merely filing a 10-K, even late, would be "good news" for NXGH.
Conversely, every week that pass without a 10-K is bad news.

Not achieving $31.25M of revenue would be Bad News, because it increases the risks of a rescission.

Thus, achieving it would probably be good news.

NXGH must also find the money to repay the Limecomm loan. $515K or so.
There's also an "earn-out" of $2M that might come into play.
