Restaurant tipping strategy to get the best service.
The so called ‘trick’ is to put five* single bills on the table at the beginning of dinner for the waiter or waitress to see.
* Or whatever is the tip based on cost of meal.
The one dollar bills are lined up so the server can count how many are there, expecting these as the tip.
You then take a dollar away for each time the server messes up, but you replace that dollar removed if the server acknowledges that they didn't serve you correctly, leading to that dollar removal, and corrects their mistake with over-the-top service like bring you additional food at no cost.
Also, add a dollar if the server brings you additional food at no cost or simply displays excellent service.
You will receive the best service of your life.
