look at what kind of guy randall sold out to.
if you read the press release there is mention of a 1 million dollar private placement to be done (AOTS) so where is that money coming from???? better yet where is it going???? my bet is Randall has plans for it!!! and its not in our best interest.everything that I have presented I can back up. actually im not surprised that darryl didnt get named in the indictment as he has his name on the report as being a helper to creating the reports. . found some more articles I didnt have ,so keep challengeing me , I will find more and more.
I could write a book about this whole ordeal,I would call it :"Den of thieves" and yes it would be a best seller, too unbelieveable to be true!!it is starting to look like the mess trump found in D.C.. One lead turns into three and just keeps going.
As far as the shorters go ,Elliot , does it surprise you that at one time randall sat on the board of maxim?? you know the company we were going to use to do that reverse merger with??? one of the companies still actively buying and selling prhl stock according to otc markets, and also sat on the board of one of the "pump and dump promoters" in fla. thjat pumped prhl stock??
The SEC reccomends that anytime you see the word "reverse merger" the stock is more then likely a scam!!! so where does that leave us????
