Incorrect...It does not mean endless dilution and with a 700 Million outstanding share count it is a great buy at .0002...Your theory of endless dilution would suggest that any ticker that has a wide disparity between the o/s and the a/s would dilute every available share and that simply is not the case...

Bmic is no longer able to dilute...that is why they are not listed on any ticker ...NONE...so your theory fails on all accounts...The new rules that were put in place days ago have all but put Bmic out of the toxic Debt business...
