There is no dilution happened on that 100k note yet. If there was we would have seen 5/6 digit trades hitting during or after trading hours. None has happened so far.

those who are claiming abt dilution happenimg should provide evidence. I have put forward my case abt no dilution as of today on this new note.

No one is discussing not potential revenue but actual revenue that going to start. Its a big deal that earning is starting. If you compare the jan 11 pr, company has met the delivery dates promised and its a great achievement. Ignoring these facts means missing the boat here for those who are waiting for 002s or 001s imho.

As far as this new note is concerned, i believe company will take care of it without adding it to OS since the pr shows recurring revenue is starting. If company pay this note then it will be win win for both parties. Note holder gets his money and share price automatically appreciates with this news thus benefiting company in the near as well as long term since it will bring whole new set of investors.

I dont think the company who is so innovative with their technology will allow this note to hit the OS. News will come soon about it imho and right now investment firms are enjoying these prices to load before the news.
