The educators are trying to create more than one avenue to extend presence; irrelevant of outcome regarding arb and ph3.

One must never forget the large banner that says do not enter to large entities...

How can this be accomplished?
$50m MC (revolving 12 month period for limited dilution no longer in play.
How can that be accomplished? Without going over the 20% rule?
Warrants? How and which ones can effect the share structure.

IE-14.3m shares outstanding at 3.75 is $53 MC.
That would equal cvm.ws trading at .10.
What other warrants are registered?

Any exercised would increase MC, share count, allow for increased dilution within the 12 month rule, as well as increase cash for operations, and the enterprise value of company in case of buyout. The balance of this structure is what can be traded; and sometimes NOT as they seem to be “adjusted” on random basis...
