Keasberry is just a normal guy that in the past got pulled into another CEO role in another company that got grayed. Let's say he was used as a pawn. Dan is apparently fixing this mess....but get one thing straight. When you respond to a Patent dispute and do not bother to show up for said Patent dispute.......you have no concern for said Patent. I have no idea what is currently transpiring...but some old cats/shares et al need to be put to pasture.
