you had to have owned shares at close of business on Feb27th the divi date and have been holding those same shares on March 1st to be elgible for the spinout shares..

as far as selling and buying I am not to sure on that, but I believe that what you held on March 1st makes you elgible for the spinout shares, so if you owned 100, you're entitled to 100 shares FORK...

But the way it has worked in my prior tradings you can buy and sell after the elgibility dates :ie either Bloc.cn, blkcf etc. without forfeit..
