The chances of that are slim, if not none.
The gold business doesn't work that way. There simply are not properties out there with easy (and CHEAP) to mine gold sitting around for a decade just waiting for an insolvent penny stock like MXSG to come along and mine it with almost no capital expenditures whatsoever.
It is a fantasy. If it were really true, it would have been mined a long time ago.
Gold mining is HARD. Gold is not rare - it occurs most everywhere on the planet. What is rare is economically recoverable gold. That is why the gold price is $1300 an ounce. Actually finding a property that has a significant quantity of gold that can be produced at a profit is damn rare, and it takes years to determine if a specific property can do it.
You just can't stumble upon a property one day and start producing with a VAT assembled in your backyard the next and make HUGE profits. This isn't TV.
