IMO, the fins will be for three years (the dfix requires this) ending may 31, 2006. they will have alot of post year statements (asset tranfers, etc.), and maybe even another unaudited quarter. going forward they'll have a calendar year (the first one would be a short period june 1 - december 31, 2006) end. again, just mho,
