Awwwww, it is so poofy woofy sad to hear. If Tianqi can't buy 32% of SQM then poor widdle China won't be to completely dominate the lithium market and crush all the competition worldwide.

PS, Dear China, as a suggestion... offer Mr Chile to buy 10.66% of SQM, agree to freeze all further acquisitions inside SQM for 5 years and buy any one or two private lithium miners (for development and subsequent REAL TIME boosting of Chile's GDP) inside Chile that you choose. I think that is the best you are going to get from Chile for now.
