Very slim chance that they got the space for free. There are lots of businesses leasing space, for real money, at Stewart and they are actually generating revenue that generates local tax income. BLTA hasn't done that, ever. A slick haircut, smile and dog and pony show won't get you free office space, let alone a janitor's closet.

well, as long as Tony is paying the monthly rent Stewart wouldn't care I suppose.
I could also imagine that they closed a deal last year for Baltia to get office space for free for a certain period of time...maybe for the first year or so? Because somehow I don't think Tony would be willing to pay anything for doing just nothing there.
