Going to be interesting here.

They need to be current with OTC to dilute shares. Then the note holders need to find a new clearing house besides Alpine to clear shares that are sub penny.

BMIC moved a lot of shares in March, waiting to see how many they cleared in April.

They need to pay fees to Nevada or I guess they could just bail and open shop again in say Wyoming.

On the bright side and with my limited knowledge I don't see a RS anytime soon. They need to be current and they need to pay Nevada before they can officially file it.

They can pay Nevada and file the same day but we shall see.
