A former IPCI long posted these thoughts over a year ago and time has proven him spot on sigh>>>

Management keeps draining cash and rewarding themselves with bonuses for non performance. The generic Keppra xr was a horrible failure and worthless. Management does not know how to effectively deal with FDA. This is why 17 companies got approval of generic Keppra xr and why IPCI can't commercialize their approval.

Penna has been a huge disappointment and has in no way turned around this company. It is the same old story: drain out the cash and have to do a share offering.

Management gets an "F" for keeping shareholders informed. Management in fact shows disdain for shareholders by keeping shareholders in the dark.
