from Jan 11 Pr - DSG GLOBAL will be placing all 1000 G3's in a pooled environment on golf courses in North America with 25% of the gross revenue generated from the collective units divided on a pro rata bases among all owners over the 4 year contract. Most likely projected revenues are based on golf course rental of 1.25 times daily at USD $25.00 per round per FRG3 over an average of 262 days a year.

so revenue per year will be roughly 8 million out of which 2 million (25%) will be given to the golf course. So their annual revenue here is 6 milly.

Also Owners will also receive 10% of advertising gross revenue generated on the 1000 pooled new INFINITY 7" high definition screens that will be mounted on the FRG3. Owners will receive revenue payments from the FREP 30 days following every sixth month. This is going to generate anywhere near 6-8 million in revenues (just roughly) per anum.

also read the latest PR, it mentions about the new order of 7 and 10.2 inch HD displays.

All this showing lot of recurring revenue starting which is another clear indication that this upcoming small note will not hit the market IMHO.
