Tobi, why the increase from 700,000,000 to 1,200,000,000 shares? Please share with your shareholders so we can understand what is going on. Are you planning on a reverse split? I hope you can provide open communication with your shareholders as you promised, as we would like to understand what is happening.

Also, when is the 10Q coming out?
