ASEAN happened already. Only take away I get is other ASEAN countries are talking about Philipinez tribunal award from the un as their own stances on their sovereignty against china. Since duterte won't flaunt it it's good that other countries give it some worth and it's telling to see. The last paragraph of this link summerazies the worth of the event.
