Unfortunately for MMEX (retail investors), the following claims are 100% false:

MMEX has financing and is building a refinery!

Unless, and until you are able to provide a factual reference to an 8-K filing that definitively provides proof of the closure of project financing, and unless and until you can provide factual reference to 8-K filings for material, definitive agreements encumbering MMEX with EPC contracts, your claims are 100% false.

MMEX is not currently building a refinery - if it were, there would be definitive 8-K filings proving that to be factual. MMEX has no project financing, again, if that were closed, there would be 8-K filings on the matter.

It really isn't that difficult. In order to build a "refinery", MMEX must first obtain project financing.

There is no project financing, and there is no 8-K disclosing the material definitive agreements that would be required.

Since there is no project financing, there is no "refinery" construction ongoing, because that is dependent on project financing, and there is none.

MMEX has financing and is building a refinery!
