Yes, it did. But what happened illustrates the dangers presented by shells and reverse mergers. While most won't be used as bait in federal sting operations, they can come to all kinds of bad ends.

And even there's not a pumpadump, usually there's a pop when there's a reinstatement in Nevada or whatever state the company's domiciled in, or perhaps when the merger is finalized. And maybe that's enough. But those pops usually don't last long, because most of the "new companies" don't do anything but sell stock.

So... caveat emptor.
