Agreed, if production gets going there shouldn't be any need for more dilution to pay the bills. Cash on hand plu the Daney ranch sale should hold off the wolves long enough to see some production. Unless there's more strategic acquisitions in the works.

That joint venture is intriguing. I know that TNGL has the first option on the Dayton and they sure seem to be able to come up with the financing for another JV. Makes me wonder if that is what is in the works. I don't see what else could be close to popping.

I can wait on seeing the lot sold; seems like the value potential will only increase when developments in the Industrial park continue.

I am most impressed with the Kam-Thio. So much that I went and grabbed some shares of Itronics Inc.
Cycladex looks good as well and we are already strategic investors through CMI so that's great.
