I guess I was curious as to what Lazar shells are in better shape than Arcaro's?
What I have learned with these Reverse Mergers is two things (All In My Own Opinion):
1. Make sure you are dealing with a known Custodian. I still don't have much positive DD on Lazar's past RM plays. I do on Arcaro.
2. Take profits when afforded. Big pops in pps happen -- then pps backs off waiting on new filings and/or news to be submitted. Reverse Splits and/or additions to the AS have to happen to give the new custodian control over other shareholders. It's the nature of the business and pps suffers. Once that happens, hopefully the ticker very quickly becomes OTC current to circumvent the reduction in PPS from retailers not understanding the RS. Hopefully causing another pop in PPS. Then the merger announcement.
I am in OWVI but as we all have seen, there was -0- pop once Lazar obtained custodianship. That was a surprise,,,at least to me. Now it's a hold until filings are announced. Without much knowledge on how Lazar typically handles the timing of his filings, it's up in the air. Is he working on getting OWVI OTC Pink compliant prior to announcing the merger? Or will he turn that piece over to the newco?
Just questions I have as I have not been in a David Lazar Reverse Merger previously.
