Thanks for sharing. Still a ways to go for the rest of the nation and actual rubber stamp date. At least the .gov article made note that it could be by the end of summer which is Saturday, September 22nd.

Everywhere that I have been looking/seeing, supports "by the end of summer" statements including Justin Trudeau on public news. There is no %100 set date for non-medicinal marijuana except for by the end of summer 2018.
